The Pa State Officers Association was established in 1985 to represent the Department of Environmental Resources State Park Officers.   In 2000 the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources added State Forest Rangers to their compliment. When this was completed, the State Park Officers Association was renamed and called The Pa. State Rangers Association and combined with the Fraternal Order of Police.  PSRA Lodge 103 was established in 2000 to represent the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Law Enforcement Rangers.
